Guest Guidelines
House Rules
These rules exist to keep Halo Condo comfortable for every guest and to maintain the property in good condition. Please read them before booking.
Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in: from 3:00 PM
- Check-out: by 11:00 AM
- Self check-in instructions are provided before arrival
- Early check-in or late check-out requests must be made in advance and are subject to availability
Occupancy
- Maximum occupancy is five guests
- All guests must be declared at the time of booking
- Unauthorized guests are not permitted on the property
Smoking
- No smoking inside the condo
- Smoking in outdoor areas of the compound only
- Guests are responsible for proper disposal of all materials
Noise and Events
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- No parties or events without prior written approval
- Please be considerate of the surrounding area
Parking
- Free parking is available within the private compound
- Parking is at the guest’s own risk
- Do not block access for other vehicles
Property Care
- Treat the property and its contents with care
- Report any damage or issues promptly via WhatsApp
- Guests are responsible for intentional or negligent damage
- Leave the condo in a reasonable condition at check-out
